Challenge: Identify individuals smoking
Concern Housing faced a persistent issue with residents smoking or vaping inside their units, despite the availability of designated outdoor smoking areas and multiple warnings. A pilot program was launched with the installation of 20 HALO devices across several properties. The results were immediate and impactful. Following the success of the pilot program, Concern Housing implemented a phased rollout of 262 HALO devices.
