OnGuard is Lenel’s open security platform that enables customers to better protect and manage their people, property and assets. Lenel has an extensive offering of OnGuard solutions that includes video, access, fire and intrusion products designed for seamless integration within an OnGuard system.
The VideoXpert (VX) integration with Lenel OnGuard is focused on access control and alarm monitoring connecting a VX server to OnGuard and importing VX controlled cameras and capabilities to OnGuard. VideoXpert appears as a video recorder within OnGuard which then allows importing of VX managed cameras.

License Required
To use this integration, a Pelco license is required in addition to Lenel licenses. The integration can be used without a Pelco license for the first 90 days. If you wish to continue using it, please order part number "INT-LENEL" (for version 3.6 and later) before the 90-day period ends. A separate free license is necessary for the Pelco VideoXpert Access Control Plugin, compatible only with Lenel V7.X versions.
Latest Updates
Pelco Lenel Integration 6.0.83 now supports Lenel Software V8.x. However, this version only allows one-way event transmission from VX to Lenel, meaning the Pelco VideoXpert Access Control Plugin is not compatible.
